Case Study:
The Seattle Storm (WNBA) was scheduled to host their annual Season Ticket Holder Party this past September. Prior to the season, their Seattle-based ownership group had purchased the team, but still held an operating agreement with the staff of the city's NBA franchise. Upon that franchise relocating to Oklahoma during the summer, the Storm was now in the unique position of being short staffed in several critical positions, including event production. In order to maintain the quality of this high profile event, the Storm were looking for a resource to fill the void.

Solution:
PWP worked with the Storm staff to ensure every detail was covered, with particular focus on operational aspects such as event-space layout, crowd control and team security. In addition to logistical planning, PWP oversaw the event day execution and adjusted elements as the needs arose.
