Case Study:
Entering the 2007-08 season, the Idaho Stampede (NBA D-League) underwent front office staffing changes, leaving them short of game operations experience and the necessary knowledge of logistical game preparation.

Solution:
PWP provided several days of on-site training, walking the game operations staff through closed-door training that included a fully simulated game with teams and scripted timeouts.  This process provided the Stampede crucial on-the-job training for each staff member to learn their individual game-night role.  Additionally, PWP provided script tutorials and entertainment templates for their office to apply towards the design of future games.

Results:
By opening night, their game scripts along with music and video libraries were prepared for the season launch.  Pat Walker directed Opening Night, providing hands-on training for the game operations staff.  Upon project completion, the Idaho Stampede immediately showed results with a successful game presentation the next night in their second home game.

Throughout the season, their fan-base was entertained and more importantly... they were engaged. This provided the Stampede's sales, sponsorship and marketing departments a more robust product to sell to fans and partners.  No doubt - the crowd interaction provided the catalyst for a strong home court advantage as the Stampede went 21-4 at home en route to the 2008 NBA D-League Championship.

"Pat Walker Productions was instrumental in providing the Stampede fans with the
most exciting opening night ever. Because of PWP's hard work and dedication to
providing the highest quality entertainment for every event they produce, our
opening night set the pace for the rest of our season. I learned so much from Pat in
just a few days, I can only imagine what he can offer a team night after night.
Anyone looking to improve their game presentation and keep their fans coming
back every game needs to give PWP a call...immediately."
